Education

I studied massage at The Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork on Kaua’i, first as a student and then as a teacher’s assistant. At this school, they introduced us to many methods of bodywork but focused heavily on Connective Tissue Therapy.

Currently, I am involved in a multi-year Craniosacral Training program where I am learning the profound healing potential of a well-regulated nervous system. I have fallen in love with this type of bodywork and am super inspired to continue to study and share what I learn with clients.

Both of these styles deeply influence my work.

Bodywork Inspiration

Accessibility is very important to me. It influences many aspects of my current practice and future projects. I am inspired to offer bodywork to populations that tend to lack as many opportunities for safe and healing touch.

Currently, I am exploring possibilities that would allow me to work with youth in the foster care system and eventually with people in prison.
